Valley of Flowers Trek

Fitness Required: High endurance, ability to walk 6-8 hours daily with a backpack. Previous high-altitude trekking experience recommended.

Breakdown:
• Drive: Joshimath to Mana (2-3 hours)
• Trek: 50-55 km (round trip)
• Daily walking: 6-8 hours

Day-wise Elevation Change:

• Day 1: Joshimath to Laxmi Van - 2,500m
• Day 2: Laxmi Van to Chakratirth - 3,500m
• Day 3: Chakratirth to Satopanth Tal - 4,600m
• Day 4: Return to Chakratirth - 3,500m
• Day 5: Chakratirth to Joshimath - 2,500m
